Life Peerage for Chairman of Penguin Random House UK
Dame Gail Ruth Rebuck DBE has been granted the title of Baroness Rebuck, of Bloomsbury in the London Borough of Camden. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords for Labour.
