Life Peerage for Former MSP for Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale

Jeremy Purvis Esq has been granted the title of Baron Purvis of Tweed, of East March in the Scottish Borders. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
