Life Peerage for Former Head of Communications for the Liberal Democrats
Ms Rosalind Mary Grender MBE has been granted the title of Baroness Grender, of Kingston upon Thames in the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
